b. twelve past six
c. half past two
d. five o' clock in the morning
e. quarter past ten
f. forty seven past seven
Is it before halfpast eg. 29, 12 or 19 min we use *past... like (2:19) nineteen past two?
In the other case.. how about after halfpast.. i mean after 30 min ...like (2:39) thirtynine past two is that correct??
and one last thing for quarterpast is used when its 15 min and quarter to is used when its 45 min...
bit confused!!!

Please could you tell me the time?
What is the time, please? (most often contracted to 'What's the time, please?')

Of course, you could leave out the word 'please' but I'm polite so I would always use it!
