Dear Mogoto,

You want to learn how to speak English with an American accent. What do you think is the best way to achieve that goal? How did you acquire the accent you have when you speak your mother tongue? What exactly is an accent? Which American accent do you want to speak? Standard US American English or do you regard Canadian English as American too?
As you can see, there are lots of aspects to this issue and and you might find some information here:

The only language you can truly speak is the one you speak when you are born.

When you are born you don't speak any language. You manage some some awkward sounds at best.

Yeah... languages are (for 99.9% of us anyway) acquired slowly.

Hi buddy,

Don't worry about accents just talk as it comes naturally. Sometimes your accent changes and sometimes it doesn't. Really it depends on your age.

Watch American TV shows on the internet and try to talk like them. Most American shows have standard American, not a regional accent, although if you are interested in regional accents there are shows with them.

I don't know why you would want one, but you will either have to take voice lessons eg., neutralenglish.com, americanaccent.com or move to America and hang out for a while. Thank you.

Hugh Laurie: Has An English Accent, but on his tv show he uses an american accent. Robert Pattinson (Harry Potter Films+ Twilight) He has an English Accent, but in Twilight uses an american one. Daniel Radliffe also does an american accent along with Alan Rickman Thandie Newton (she played in Crash and Beloved) speaks with an English accent in real life, but in her movies she sounds American. Emma Thompson, Rachel Weisz, Keira Knightley are others who perform well on accents.

Hi, the following phrases on your website don't sound very good and contain mistakes:

"Order your free e-mail crash course
from top of this page.

Open at least 3 mails and start to
learn american accent.

You will receive e-mail with
coupon code.

Just listen American Accent and Practice!"

If you can't even write a few sentences in proper English why do you think anyone will even consider paying you money?
