A week tomorrow means a week from tomorrow. Another way of saying this is: tomorrow week.

A week on Tuesday/Tuesday week, a week from Tuesday.
A week from now, this day next week.
Yesterday week, a week ago yesterday.
A week last Sunday, one week before last Sunday.
