Have the TOEFL® on 17th, please help

Hello,

I have TOEFL on this Friday and I am starting to panic! I really don't know what to do. I have forgotten everyword, and I am just so confused.
One of my most important issues is how to speak within 45 sec. on an issue I am supposed to be familar with (and I am not!).

I would also be grateful if anyone could be kind enough to tell me if we should use the "In this set of metrials.." phrase, according to Longman's book, in the listening section.

Any helpful information would be appreciated.

Hi neda_la,
The first advise i should give you is that panic is the last thing you think of, try to concentrate, ibt toefl test is easy if you take it easy, especially the speaking section, i took the ibt last friday, it was easy, it's just a matter of organization, time management, concentration ... if you have any problems or any thing that will distruct you just try to forget it for the 5 hours of the test, try to concentrate ....

Could you please tell me whether I should use the phrase in this set of materials in the integrated listening section? And if I have to seperate the paragraphs into two different sections, mentioning "the reading passage discusses" and "the listening passage..." or do I have to combine both together?
I would be grateful if anyone could help me on this matter.
