Shitty streets with run-down buildings to both sides? I think it's a little bit exaggerated. On the bright side of the view, there are of course places that you find beautiful and the only one place is your home.

Hello Che and other users!
I have been to Georgia twice - first in June 2006 and send last month. In my first visit, I had the pleasure to travel the whole country from Lagodekhi to Batumi... That is a very beautiful country indeed...
I like Tbilisi very much, but I would prefer to spend my free time somewhere between Khashuri and Batumi, which is full of beautiful landscapes...

Referring back to a debate between Aareal and medeya, let me tell you that hating one whole nation is not good indeed. I personally have seen some good Armenians. But I also understand medeya, because 20 per cent of territory of our country is under Armenian occupation and this strongly influences on people's attitude to that whole nation and country. Who knows, maybe medeya is a daughter of one of those 1,000,000 internally displaced persons, who currently live under very difficult circumstances.
