Hi All,

Is there a smart word for the below expression?

We will have to wait for that a very long time.
We don't know if it happens and if yes we don't know when.

The German expression for it is das ist noch Zukunftsmusik

A similar English expression that comes to mind is:

(Only) the future will tell.
