Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
The automobile has brought more harm than good to the planet.
Use reasons and specific examples to support your opinion.

At the present moment people can hardly manage to live without automobiles. Automobiles satisfy everyone needs. Some households have even more than one.
If I have to mention the environmental situation on this planet then I have to agree with the statement that the automobile has brought more harm than good to the planet. From this point of view, air pollution is the first kind. It comes from fumes released from cars, trains or airplanes. People don't want to live in pollution that is dangerous for their health. Small cars are more economical to prevent from air pollution.
At the other hand, cars are used for transportation. This advantage helps sick people to get quicker to the hospital, easily travel in a cold or hot weather and save the time to get into the place.
Every day, there is in TV or in the newspaper another new problem in the world. To find a solution for every problem for millions people on this planet is getting more difficult by passing every minute. Even, if there is a cure to be found, the problem doesn't vanish.

Hi Mirka

I think I spotted the following errors:

Automobiles satisfy everyone needs.

everyone's

From this point of view, air pollution is the first kind.

First kind of what? Air pollutant? You could also say "the foremost source of air pollution"

Small cars are more economical to prevent from air pollution.

That should probably read "..more economical therefore they help prevent air pollution" (althought they don't. They rather reduce the problem, not prevent it)

At the other hand, cars are used for transportation.

On the other hand

save the time to get into the place.

to get to the place (what place?)

Every day, there is in TV or in the newspaper another new problem in the world.

there is on TV..
Better: ..there are reports.. about another..

To find a solution for every problem for millions people on this planet is getting

millions of people

more difficult by passing every minute.

every passing minute

Cheers
L.L.
