I'd thought of "of/in the right ear" as well. Then I decided "in" was best (because it's a middle ear infection), and after that I finally I decided that doctors just might use "on" in combination with "resolving" to refer to the location in terms of right ear vs. left ear. So, I left "on" the way it was. Cool
