TOEFL® essay: Students choices for their study

Students may have the choice of studying at home by using technology such as computers or television or of studying at traditional schools. Which do you prefer?

In many countries, students may have many choices for their study. They can study at home by using computers, televisions or they can go to the traditional schools. Each choice has its own advantages or disadvantages but for me, studying at a traditional school is the best and students studying at traditional schools would get more advantages and its effect is bigger.

First of all, studying at a traditional school, I would get a communication environment directly to everybody. I would meet and exchange everything fast and easy-to-understand to my friends and my teachers. Studying immediately with my friends, I would get the community spirit or group works which is very important for me to practice my skill and speed me up fast in study but I would never got if studied at home. In addition, communicating and exchanging with my friends would make me feel easier after hours of under stress from study.

Another advantage reason I would get is the direct help from teachers. The enthusiastic and easy-to-understand directions from teachers would help me acquire knowledge easily; moreover, I could make any question if I didn’t understand anything from that explanation. If I used technology to study at home, the online conversations by the Internet would help me, but it would very difficult to express the explanations and I type badly. Besides, the suggestions and the deadline from teacher before taking a new paper are very important to me because I rely on others so much; having deadline, I would make a good plan for study so I could do the paper better.

At last, there are some other reasons that I wouldn’t stay at home to study. Today, my school is encouraging students to use technology like computers at school so there is any reason for me to study at home. And another reason is we go to school not only to get knowledge but also to learn how to be a real human, to learn moral and also the experience of life.

To cut a long essay, what I want to assert is studying at traditional schools is the best choice for everybody. In spite of the fast development of technology, traditional schools would never be replaced by studying at home. I’m convinced that there will be more and more students attend to traditional schools to achieve a better result at school.

In addition, communicating and exchanging NEWS with my friends would make me feel easier after hours of stressFUL study.

The enthusiastic and easy-to-understand directions from teachers would help me acquire knowledge easily; moreover, I could ASK any question if I didn’t understand anything from that explanation. To REDUCE a long essay, what I want to assert is studying at traditional schools is the best choice for everybody. In spite of the fast development of technology, traditional schools would never be replaced by studying at home. I’m convinced that there will be more and more students WHO WILL attend traditional schools to achieve a better result at school.
