Nowdays, food has become easier to prepare. Has this change improved the way people live. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
I think that the fast food is one of the most important problems in the world. It’s problem because this food often contain only carbohydrates which are factor for the overweight around the world. The vitamins and minerals are missing in the fast food.

I think that the fast food is not useful for the human body. Two reasons cause this. The first is that the fast food is prepare for fast consumation. The second one is that in the fast food has insufficient of vitamins and minerals.

I’ll restrict my view to one example. The international statistics show that the percent of fast food consumers who have a problem with a weight is growing every year. This is a problem of many european and north american contries.

The human body need a lot of vitamins, minerals and other useful substances. One healthy meal must provide to human body all kinds of useful substances. Some fast food companies insert in the fast food vitamins and minerals to convince clients that their products are healthy. This statement is no true because artificial substances are hard to accept from human organism.

Few weeks ago, I read one interview with one greatest psycian. He answered to question:”Which products are healthy for the human body” with one very interesting sentence. He said that every meal is useful when it’s consumed slowly. Many people spend for eating only 30 minutes per day. It’s very dangerous for stomach and other humans organs.

In conclusion, I think that the fast food is the core of many world problems. If we start to eat slowly and useful native foods we will improve our health and we will have a chance to live longer.
