You have received a gift of money. The money is enough to buy either a piece of jewellery you like or tickets to a concert you want to attend. Which would you buy? Use specific reasons and details to support you’re answer?

If I have received a gift of money I would prefer to buy a piece of jewellery not tickets to a concert. There are many reasons to buy a piece of jewellery. The most important reason is feelings. If I buy a piece of jewellery then it will always be with me even though person will not with me. Whenever, I will wear jewellery piece, I will always remember that person. For instance, on my marriage, my aunty gave me the gift of money then I went and gave the preference to purchase a piece of jewellery. Now, when I wear and see that piece of jewellery I always remember my aunty. A piece of jewellery always makes the good feeling and give the strength to relations but the tickets to a concert give a short term feelings and no relations.

The piece of jewellery is a good investment. When I find a choice to invest money then I always prefer to purchase jewellery. Therefore, most of the time on my birthday when my parents asked what gift you wants I always preferred jewellery. I love jewellery very much.

I prefer jewellery as a gift because it is a constant memory. Sometimes we forget our friends and relatives but with the help of a piece of jewellery we can again remember them and start relationships. If a person who gave me the gift and died after sometime but with a piece of jewellery person has still their memory constant memory in my heart.

I prefer to purchase jewellery because I like new fashionable jewellery. Few days before my husband gave me money as a festival gift. I used that money to bought small new designed fashionable jewellery. I bought it because of its unforgettable memory and it’s a good investment.

Finally, I would like to say because of these reasons; I will prefer to buy a piece of jewellery than concert tickets.
