Hi Tom,
I can only suggest that the article isn't there as it suggests 'complete with' as in the description of say about a car: This car comes with air conditioning.

Many, many thanks, Alan!
But air conditioning is uncountable, isn't it? Is the following correct?
1- This car comes with an extra set of tyres.

. Yes, that's correct, Tom. To do what Alan is talking about, you need to use a noun that is more specific than 'set': For your driving pleasure, this car comes complete with chauffeur. :D

I am sorry I got carried away!
Are both correct? Or only the second?
1- ...and I now live in California with a husband who is American.
2- ...and I now live in California with husband who is American.

By the way, that sentence should read '.... with my husband' -- it was a typo which we've corrected. Thanks for pointing it out, Tom.
