You have enough money to purchase a house or business. Which would you prefer to buy?

In my view, both are important purchasing a house or business. If I have money to choose one thing between house and business then I will go through my present situation. At present, I have job now so I would prefer to purchase a house. But unfortunately, if I have no job then I will prefer to purchase a business. Now I have a good job and I am satisfied with it. In this situation I will prefer to purchase a house. There are many reasons behind this.
Purchasing a house is a good investment according to me. I think day by day every where in the world property rates are increasing. Therefore, for making money I will choose to purchase a house. But if I start a business then there are chances to failure.
Purchasing a house gives happiness to all family members. When people come back from work they want to get good feelings. Good feelings come if people feel relaxed in life. I want a relaxed and peaceful life therefore I will forcefully want to purchase a house and not business. Business gives tensions most of the time.
Purchasing a house also gives confidence. According to me, a person who owns a house will feel more confident as compared to who doesn’t. This is because an investment in a house cannot fail. But people who purchase a business always have a fear of long term success.
Sometimes house also gives bread for people, who don’t have money and job but have a house. This is possible if people own a house. With the help of rent people can eat. I have seen many families who depend on house rent. Business gives bread, only when it is in profit otherwise not.
Finally, I would like to say house is the need for living a happy and peaceful life therefore, I would prefer to purchase a house.
