In my view, learning about the past is very important for the present. There are many reasons behind this.
The past is very important for universities, colleges and schools. If education centres have A good reputation, ex-students are in A good position and feed back is good then students want to get admission otherwise not. For admission people learn about the institute from their past. Hence I want to say that THE past shows the direct impact on THE present in education centres.
In my opinion, for arranged marriages THE past is very important. Before marriage all family members want to know about the past of the girl and boy. I think this is very important for a happy married life. I have seen many cases, in which people did not know the past of A girl or boy and after some time the couple do not want to live together and separate.
In many cases, THE present depends on THE past. For example, science is past and technology is present. Technology depends on science. Technology is THE implementation of science. Thats why I am very grateful for BTHE invention of science. Technology is not possible without science. For discovery of new technology A researcher has to go through science.
If people want to know about any country then they will have to study about that country. With the help of history, people can say whether it is a rich or a poor country. Learning ABOUT THE past is also very important to learn about the culture of that country.
THE Past is also very important because we always learn from the past. It does not matter, whether it is good or bad. Sometimes if we MAKE a mistake and DO not make a right decision for THE future then we will be alert and will not make the same mistake again. In my opinion I would like to say that THE past has direct impact on THE present. For instance, if students work HARD in their studies then they WILL get good marks, reach a higher position after study and find a repuTABLE job. On the other hand, those who do not work hard remain in THE same position and do not have A good job.
Finally, I would like to say people should not be discouraged and disappointed if they do not have A BRILLIANT past. Mostly people say THE past has gone. But we have THE present in our handS which we should try to make better. Alan _________________ English as a Second Language You can read my ESL story Present Simple |
