Some people think it is best for extended families (including grandparents, ants, uncle and cousins etc.) to live together. Other people think that is best for nuclear family (parents and children only) to live away from the extended family. Which type of family do you think is the most beneficial? Use specific reasons to support your response.

On earth many people live and all have different opinions for their living environment. There are many people who think it is best if they live in extended families. On the other hand some people think it is best if they live in a nuclear family. In my view, living in a nuclear family is better and more beneficial as compared to an extended family. There are many reasons for this. These are as follows:

If people live in an extended family then they feel joyful and get support of other members. But household expenses always increase and all burden come on the head of the family. If people want to save money then they should live in a nuclear family. In a nuclear family people can reduce their expenses and save money.

Sometimes people want to go outside and spend some time with their family, which is not possible if they live in extended families. In an extended family all family members go together for picnic and outing. For extended family there is no privacy for anyone. Most of the time on weekends people want to be on their own (watch television, listen music and go for long drive). In an extended family these types of freedom are not possible.

Nowadays women are also working. Therefore, most of the time household chores problem become in an extended families. But in nuclear families husband and wife make adjustments to do household chores. In nuclear families women can make their schedule according to their work. But this is not possible in extended families.

If people live in an extended family then fighting and misunderstanding among people may be possible. This is usually happens in all extended families. If kids are fighting and elders have a misunderstanding then in these families people will not have a peaceful environment. To avoid this I will prefer to live in a nuclear family.

Finally, I would like to say it does not matter in what kind of environment you may live. What matter’s is whether you are live in a happy, peaceful and loving environment or not. I would like to live in a nuclear family.

In my point of view I feel it is much better to live in an extended family rather than in a nuclear family.a family needs support at some point or the other and in thesedays people are least bothered about their neighbours or society.everyone are self centered .I think it is in the extended family mutual support between the famiuly members is seen. The following essay describes my ideas that support my view.

Nowadays both men and women are considered equal and we see most of the families in cities,towns and even in the villages both the parents of the family work. the reasons may be that they both are educated or they have to work In order to meet their families economic needs.in such a situation their child needs guidance and support and that is the age at which proper guidance is nnecesary in order to bring up the child to a better individual without any bad habits or without allowing him to divert on wrong side. as trheir parents go to the office there should be some person who can take care of him.noone can replace grandparents or any of the family members who can take good care of him.for example.my parents are employees after coming froem school I would spend most of the time with my grandmother when I was a child.she always engaged me in somesort of play or entertained me with many stories and puzzles.i still remember the stories she taught me those days they are mostly moral stories and at the end she always taught the moral and always said me that a good child should be liked that.those morals I do follow till date and I feel it was because of my grand mother I’ve grown up into a responsible and dignified person.

Secondly,unity,effections and better bondage:people theses days are loosing their sentiments,bodages,cultures,traditions and are so involved in the process of earning money and these proceses are resulting in the loss of bondages among the people.but if we live in extended family .just little time spending with the family members can maintain our relations and I’m sure that no one can have as much fun as the extended family has at any occasions at home.my family is extended family.i always look forward to have get together.that my favouite occasion I do enjoy a lot with my cousins.may be this quality made me a better person to get mixed up with all sort of people and hence I don’t find any difficulty in interacting with different age group people.

Atlast I say that,man is a social animal .immense support and happiness alone can make a person much healthier and cheerful all the time and that could be achieved if a person has a stronger backbone i.e ones extended family.
