can i say "a lovable, angel-like, tiny girl?

is there any rule?

I don't know that there's a hard, fast rule, but I've noticed that adjectives denoting size seem to come first. For example, "a big red house" sounds fine, because the adjective "big" is first. On the other hand, "a red big house" sounds absolutely terrible.
