GRE® Help: Eligibiliy

hi
this may seem to you a silly question still.
I'm a Production and Industrial Engineering B.E . But i have been working in a software company since past two& half years. Now i'm aspiring to appear for GRE and that too on Comp Sc subject (on Java tech may be).

Is there something available for doing MS?
If i want to do a MS on Java (some specific things on Java) what i need to do? which subject i have to choose during the exam (GRE)?

Secondly even i have a good score will i get a good University as i'm not a Comp Sc background student?
