The government has annonced that it plans to bulid a new university.Some people think that your community would be a great place.write the advantages and disadvantages of making a new university in your community.

The first advantage of making a new university in my community will be in the field of jobs,which it will bring.Initially the jobs will be those connected with the actual making of university structure.when the construction of the building will complete, the jobs will be on the campus itself. these will include teachers, office workers, and librarians. not only the official people but lot of new people including the students will come too. two advantages of new people in the town will be more taxpayers and more diverse population. With more people paying taxes, there will be more money for schools, libraries and other community needs. With more diverse population there will be more stores, new restaurants and new cultural influence.

Of couse there will be disadvantages. with the increase in the number of people there will be a need for more houses to build. With more people the traffic on the streets will increase. plus, more people will mean more public services will be needed. These services can include everything from trash collection to more schools to hold all the children of new residents. With increase in local services the taxes will go up. Another disadvantage is that the personality of the community will change. there will be more strangers. there will be negligance towards the cleanliness of the comunity.
