The help verb (auxiliary verb) shall or will requires the infinitive of the base verb.

So, it's If I will/shall ever meet anyone again.

It is the same like 'First Conditional'?

The position was inverse and that is right sentence.

can we write 'will' instead of 'shall' without a change in the meaning?
why is there 'shall' in the sentence?
