"I heard that you had forgotten my eyes’ colour." is right ?

or

Should be like this ?

"I heard that you had forgotten colour of my eyes."

No, I wouldn't use the first sentence. I'd use the second sentence (with the word 'the' added):
"I heard that you had forgotten the colour of my eyes."

Instead of the first sentence, you could say this:
"I heard that you had forgotten my eye colour."
