Hi

Could you please tell me if the following sentence is correct and natural?

The ‘mark distribution’ in English and Urdu papers does not seem very much justified considering that a student aged 7+ is supposed to write creative writing covering 40% of the paper in one and a half hours.

.
I would consider 'justified' a non-gradable adjective.
'Write creative writing' is not the best style.
I would think it is the 'relative mark distributions...do not'.
