I still have the edit function... I don't notice any missing functions. :?
What "easy fixes" have you already tried? (i.e. close and restart the browser, reload the website, etc.)

You can see the button "edit" if you have been logged in http://www.english-test.net/forum/login.php

2). Use for Refresh/Reload your browser the "F5" button.
