Hi, Milktea!
Of course, listening to English songs can improve your English, especially your listening comprehension. It is always good, if you try to understand the words. Besides, knowing what a song is about gives a deeper meaning to it and you can connect its sense with the melody for example. Wink

Listening to songs can help you, in the sense that it helps you recognize the words being sang. It will also help you remember the words easily. However, songs are not always grammatically correct so you should consult your grammar book for sentence construction.

Dear, If you listen the audio english songs then you must download their lyrics from the internet. It will helpful a lot in making you clear what he/she's singing. Similarly you can watch videos which contain subtitle. You'll feel the difference!
