(b) Yes, I feel we should focus on globalization more.

I was cheated of my answer. My answer was letter (a) Yes I need more room but when I checked my score it came out my answered letter (b) Yes, I feel we should focus on globalization. Why is that? Is it coputers fault?

The test results (quoted above) do show that you chose letter a (Yes I need more room).

However, the test results also tell you that letter b is the correct answer.
