Hi Azat2

You can certainly say ''get up from my bed'' but as Linda said, it's not normally used. That's because when I wake up I am, usually, in my bed so it's not necessary to say so. In fact it sounds a little odd. However, if you are sitting or lying on your bed at an unusual time or have a habit of sleeping in other places, saying "get up from my bed" may be appropriate. For instance, "I got from my bed today, yesterday I slept in the armchair all night."
