Could you tell me why capitalization is needed in run for Prime Minister or Parliament whereas not in run for president or the presidency.?

Hi Haihao,

I would say this is a matter of style. My preference would be to use capital letters for president/prime minister/parliament and so on when you are referring to the title/place of a particular country. For example you could talk of 'queens/kings throughout history' but 'King Charles was executed'.
