I am just confused about these two tests.
Are these tests substitute each other?
Do we have to give TOEFL test after giving IELTS for US universities?
Which universites in US accept IELTS?

Check with universities you are interested in applying for. Go on their websites, email their admissions counselors. Because policies vary from school to school.
