Hello everybody, I'm Larry from Caracas, Venezuela!

I've reading this site since yesterday, and I think it's great!

I need to improve my english for several reasons. One of them, is that I started a new job in a big company, and I will receive a salary bonus if I pass an english test.

Another reason, is that maybe in a few years I will move to Australia with my wife. By the Way, is there any IELTS forum in this site? That is the examitation that a I need to take to fulfill the immigration law of such country.

And finally, I would like to make friends and at the same time get some written english practice!

By the way, in Philippines many people speaks spanish, right?

yeah... most of the southern people are actually spanish speakers... and a lot of filipino words actually came from the spanish language... and i think there was a time when spanish subject is required to be taken by every highschool student... so i can actually understand you a little if you would speak in spanish...

Yeah i am a pentecostal christian... a work in progress christian... :)

Here the weather is very warm, in these days sometimes fall a couple of drops, but it is cool. That's one of the things I like more from my country.
Recently I was in Spain, and I like almost everything, except the weather! And it was not so cold!
What about Nashville? I think I've seen some movies about that city, seems to be very cool!

Nashville's weather is like this:

Summer: Very hot and humid
Fall: Variable
Winter: Cool and rainy (As a native Wisconsinite, I cannot call this weather "cold")
Spring: Variable

Variable: Could be 40F, could be 80F... could be sunny or rainy.

Hi Aida, nice to meet you!!! Well, I haven't gone to Margarita since long ago, but I know there is an excellent water park called "Parque el Agua" with lots of attractions. Also, there is an old beautiful Castle, "Juangriego". And, of course, the beaches: El Agua, Guacuco and Parguito. Near Margarita, there is another small Island called Coche, which is a paradise!!!
