Hi apo,
I'm also at my wit's end  But I assume that 'mini-sequence' presents a small set of excercises(aimed at ...) or...that one should do in sequence.

Hi,

I just came across an article involving 'mini-sequence'. I had a glance at it only to get more confused owing to my lack of the knowledge about science. But I wouldn't like it to be just wasted for my nescience. Here is the URL:

Hi apo

Here's my two cents:
The prefix 'mini' means small. So I understand the meaning of 'mini-sequence' to be 'a sequence which is made up of just a few techniques' (as opposed to a long, complicated series of techniques in which all or most techniques are used). It's easier to determine which of the techniques and/or combination of techniques work best for you if you experiment with just a few techniques at a time.
