Hi Teachers,

Please see the following:

The percentage of woman students at university has increased steadily.
The percentage of female students at university has increased steadily.

What is the difference between the two?

Thanks in advance.

Hi jupiter,
Only the second example appeals to me.

I think this variant is also correct:

Ex.The percentage of women students at university has increased steadily.
