This is talking about questions one may ask oneself when considering receiving reflexology:

"Do you need a little pep-me-upper? Do you find yourself saying: I know I'm pushing my body but I have things to do."

What does "a little pep-me-upper" mean?

Hi,

This is an interesting word! 'Pep up' as a verb means add spice to or revive or rejuvenate. It follows that a pep-me-upper could therefore be something that would have the effect of one of the three explanations that I have mentioned of the verb. This could be simply some kind of drink or a short holiday or a day out or whatever.
