In traditional societies, children have always cared for their parents in their old age. However, in modern societies this is often not possible because children frequently have to move away from their hometown to seek work. Therefore, companies should be responsible for providing for their employees when they retire.

How far do you agree or disagree with this argument? Give reasons for your answers.

my answer:
With the considerable development of the social economy,the problem of the older peple has become the most serious social issue facing us.In my mind, companies should be providing essential care for their employees when they retire.

Firstly,it’s neither enough to support old peple solely by their child,the companies should provide some help for their employees when retire.As we can know from the policy in China, it was illegal to have more than one child from zbout 80s 20 centry.Therefore, it’s easy to result in a dangerous circle that one child must care for two parents in their old age. In addition, sometimes their child must away from them to seek job,in fact child don’t have to care for their parent indeed.

Secondly, economically speaking, companies should give more salary for their employees. Because of the effect of the country’s macroscopic regulation, there was a fluctuate in the goods price so that older people may not have a steady economic guarantee.

Thirdly, the company should give the mental care as well as economic care to the old people. Sometimes a good staff can account for the most important position if the companies want to be successful.

Overall, base on the below reasons, as the companies, they must plunge much more help into their employees when they retire.
