I’m an advocate of a healthy lifestyle. For the reason I am an abstainer and prefer juice to alcoholic beverages But along with this, the glass of cold milk in the morning brings the greatest peace of mind. Ergo, I kill two birds with one stone( combining business with pleasure).

Did you know that one alcoholic drink per day (or maybe just red wine... it's at least red wine) is recommended by the FDA?

No, I'm not going to check this. I remember it, or some such news, coming out a few years ago.

Yes, I heard about this, but as Michael D(d)e Beckey avers, drinking a glass of red wine per day as prophylactic means is simply a myth and not health-giving(it's not his citation but recapitulation(from his article).

Do you mean that you mix them together, in the same drink?

Or that you shoot (take a shot of) the vodka and follow it up with some beer (chaser)?
