I’m an advocate of a healthy lifestyle. For the reason I am an abstainer and prefer juice to alcoholic beverages But along with this, the glass of cold milk in the morning brings the greatest peace of mind. Ergo, I kill two birds with one stone( combining business with pleasure). :lol:

No, I'm not going to check this. I remember it, or some such news, coming out a few years ago.

Yes, I heard about this, but as Michael D(d)e Beckey avers, drinking a glass of red wine per day as prophylactic means is simply a myth and not health-giving(it's not his citation but recapitulation(from his article). :)

Do you mean that you mix them together, in the same drink?

Or that you shoot (take a shot of) the vodka and follow it up with some beer (chaser)?
