meaning of "to be transferred"

Yes, Ahmadov is right. For me the word order is not quite clear in this case.
I think that the noun would be mail transferring. When it is the other way round then it sounds for me (for non native English) a little bit strange.

Is it totally wrong when I write?

Please note that the size limit for successfully mail transferring is 5 MB.

I had to read your answer 5-6 times to realize the difference between adverbs and adjectives.
Then I began to perceive the importance of the word order in that case.

And thanks for correcting my other mistake, too. (if/when)
