Hello!
I must improve my English speech in 3 months and I've found interesting solution of my problem.
Guide:
1) Install the Skype - free Internet phone http://www.skype.com
2) Go to sites like http://www.xlingo.com/ or http://www.language-exchanges.org. There you could teach your language and you could be teached any other.
3) Find partners and improve your language.
But is you are bearer of any exotic language (like Russian Very Happy ), it will be difficult.

So I want to communicate with interesting people and speak about different topics like technics, history, sport or arts. We could exchange our languages or speak only on English.

Let's unite our abilities!

Hi Konstantin,

The so called 'language exchange' method is probably great because it gives to the opportunity to swap ideas and put your knowledge into practice. However, if you really want to improve your speaking skills, your number one activity should be listening not speaking. Listen to dialogs, repeat the phrases, record your own voice and listen to yourself. Make sure you are surrounded by English audio 24/7. Use the power of your subconscious mind. That's the only way you can learn any language. That's how you learned Russian and that's how you can improve your English language skills too.

I do that. I listen podcasts and radio during all day long and it improves my English. But speaking is also necessary, especially for the TOEFL exam.
