The expression 'come out with' or 'came out with' means to develop and/or manufacture a new product and to put it into the market for consumers to buy.

Hi,

Another use of 'come out with' is found when it's used as a sort of imperatve. When you say to someone: Come out with it!, you are telling them to speak their mind/say what they think.
