Help me! Skill of TOEFL® essay writing of mine is really terrible...

I have to accept that the skill of essay writing of mine is really terrible. I totally
have no any idea for that part, don't know what to say, what am I suppose to write? God so many topics and some of them are hard to analyse, I do need help
for what to write, and how ?

Don't worry, just keep practicing! Firstly try to write down all what had happen yesterday, today, etc. Write down everything what you're thinking about, it will help you develop writing skill, after a while, suddenly you'll see how your writing skill are improving. I'm on the same boat with you i have to say , sometimes just don't even know what to write about... Try to give your self enough time, don't worry if you cannot do well on your first and second attempt, you'll be fine, believe in your self that you can do it.

Be patient and diligent.
read a lot then write something if you have no background or Idea of the topic you wanna write. you definitely know that reading and writing in English are inextricably intertwined. so keep them two with each other.
The only advise.

i also have big problems with writing section. i have some topics which is difficult to write while my vocabulary is limited. sometimes i have no idea. i know i need to practice writing every day.

It's very important to practice your writing skill everyday, because the day you stop you knowledge will go down immediately. And do lots of reading because from reading you'll develop basic knowledge of writing. Get for yourself note book and write down anything you want it also helps you to get used to a writing.
