my school has just asked to prepare a few students for: "TIE" (Test for interactive English") test
Could you please tell me where I can find some handouts for this test (11-14 years old)?

Could you please tell me more about the TIE -- who is administering it and who uses it? Also, what is the purpose of the test and how exactly is it structured?
