This topic allows free interpretation of same not mentioned details. For example, we learn few information about the factory. But follow statement depend namely on this information.

They are two possibilities about the manifacture of the factory. The first is manifacture which pollute the local environment. They are many types of pollution. For instance, this is noise, chemical and radiational pollution. I think that the government must prohibit all dangerous kinds of manifacture. One large and dangerous factory may cause negative effects on community located near the factory. I’ll restrict my view on the noise pollution. The consequence of the noise pollution is rising number of nervous diseases. The noise penetrate everywhere and it’s very difficult to stop it.

But many facturies are not dangerous for environment. They provide economical resources to local communitues. For example, they provide many jobs for the people who live in the community near the factory. One large factory always make attribution to upgrading local infrastructure in the region.

In conclusion, I think that wheather one factory is useful or dangerous depend in every different case. The people in the community must analyze every potential investor and if he offers an ecological manifacture less dangerous aspects, they must accept the project. Because it’ll improve people welfare.
