Now I am in Grade Nine.There are a lot of words and phrases to recite.But I always spend a lot of time on it and I always recite very slow.Also, I sometimes forget the words and phrases after a day.so ,please tell me how to recite the words ,phrases quickly.

I think it is very sad that you are expected to recite phrases. That is not natural at all. It is not your fault, but that of your education system. As an employer, I look for people who are able to communicate, not people who can recite lists of irregular verbs or phrases.
