Sounds quite compelling. I'm focused on this area with call centers worldwide. What can I do to assist with this effort?

Hello and welcome to english-test.net! You can take part in this project by providing online tutoring sessions to call center agents. What do you think of this idea?
Many thanks,
Torsten

Yes..the online tutoring is a natural. I'd recommend a 'study buddy' approach, where the learner, can select a teacher, based on a profile, which includes sample lessons, reading materials, etc. Let me know what you need to get this rolling. We are ready to do this, since we're essentially doing an American as a Second language campaign with international call centers for technology firms.
