"Below" as an adjective. 'Thank you for your below emails.'

Could you please tell me if we can use "below" as an adjective like this. I wrote an official email to a friend, and he answered it like this:

Hi Tom,

I think this use of 'below' is not natural. It could also take on another meaning from the one intended. Perhaps, although this isn't much cop either, 'your emails below' or 'your emails listed/given below'

Could you please tell me if the following sentences are synonymous? I have always used the second style.

It's just a variation - I wanted to emphasise the 'not'.
