Hi

Which "verb" should we use to make curd? For example, my mother makes curd daily at night at home by putting some milk in a clay bowl...etc. Is there any special word (verb) for this action?

Tom

PS: Is clay bowl OK?

Many thanks to all of you!

But I would like to learn its use in a sentence. Do you find the following sentence OK?

Quote:
1- My mother curdles curd daily at night in a clay bowl.

Hi Tom

Curds are already curdled. Therefore I'd probably say 'My mother curdles milk in a clay bowl...' or 'My mother makes curd(s) in a clay bowl...'

Instead of saying 'daily at night', I'd prefer 'nightly' or 'every night/evening'.
