Hi teachers,

I'm trying to find out about the word. When a boxer stops the first fight round, he sits at the corner of the ring and a few people come around him giving him water and telling him some more techniques...what's the verb used to describe such a thing (the activity that he sits down and his coach probably comes to tell him and give him water)??? Very Happy

thanks a lot in advance

.
I don't think there is a word for it, Rosalisa. The boxers simply 'go to their corners' for a 'rest' or 'break' between rounds.
