I read this sentence from CNN news but I don't understand deeply what does it mean.

Could any one explain me what 'You have blood on your hands' means?

Thanks :-D

Hi,

This suggests that the 'you' referred to is in some way responsible for the death(s) of someone or other people. You could refer this to a dictator who has ordered the killing of others but has not personally carried out the killing.
