Not sure if living abroad as an au pair counts as a job. Anyway, that's what I did for about two years in my late teens, first in Germany and then in England. After that, while still in London, I worked as a secretary.

In an old thread, I wrote about my very very first job one summer during the school holidays: Your first working day.

i remember my first job is selling chinese FUZI and couplet door to door when i was in high school with one of my girfriends....
The experience i won't forget forever. i remember clearly that I was refused by some residents and narrowly escaped from a fighting with one of them because the guy complaint that i disturbed his grandson catching some Zs
but the result was good i made the money even more than my elder brother one day could make....plz remember he worked in a bank.........
