Hallo, Apa Kabar?? My name is Genia and Im from Indonesia

Hi there, my name is Genia and I live in Bandung, Indonesia. Im planning to take iBT test on June 9th. I found this website today when I was looking for materials to prepare for the test. I think its a very good website for all the people that have great interest in English.

I've just completed my bachelor's degree in Oceanography and now I intend to continue my study abroad. Therefore I have to improve my english and take iBT test. I hope you can help me since my english not really good.

Nice joining this forum.

hallo Genia!

Nice to have you here.I'm a Malaysian and our language is not that different and I had an Indonesian roomate last year. I love your language, to me, it's Malay language, but very expressive. I even speak your language with my Malaysian friends now, and all my Malaysian friends are like...huh?Only then, I have to change to the Malaysian mode..hahaha. I can't help it, I was closer to the Indonesian community than the Malaysian. But now I just moved to start working (from south Japan to north of Japan) and I don't have any Indonesian friends, yet.Maybe you can be my friend so that I can practise my Indonesian language skill.

Nina
