"Tomorrow night" is also used in American English, I don't know whether is correct or not; however it is more common to say tonight. Therefore I agree with Lost Soul that is better to say: "... In fact, I'm going there tonight."

I forgot to say that Tomorrow night does not mean tonight:
tonight = the night of today.
Therefore, both of the next phrases are correct:
1) In fact, I'm going there tomorrow night.
2) In fact, I'm going there tonight.
but the former means the night of tomorrow while the last means the night of today.
