It can be done in 4 months...just make sure you spend a little time each night, like an hour at least, to stay sharp.
I read some really good advice that you should work on practice questions on weeknights, one question type at a time, reviewing your answers every 5-10 questions (depending on how easy/hard it is for you...review more often if you're having a hard time). That way, you can look for what kinds of errors you make and fix them faster. Then do a practice test each weekend and review your answers carefully. Compare to how you did on untimed questions. If you get the questions right on paper but not on the test, work harder at timing and mastering the test.
I have a really good vocab book called Word Smart. It has good tips for learning and remembering new words. Don't try to do more than 10 words at a time.
Make sure you get the official practice materials (Powerprep tests are free from www.gre.org, and you can buy the official guide for practice questions), and get Cracking the GRE. It is a very good GRE prep book, and the tests are really good too.
Hope this helps. Good luck my friend!!!!! |

hello~samratgn
you study for 4 month? maybe all 4 month?? that is, you only study GRE-test?? I don' think that you do not only prepare GRE-test.
Do you not use English? surely, I do not use English. I use Korean. But I first tested "power prep', I scored verbal 310 - quant 800 I think that you had better study GRE-test style. Always the probelm is that test style. |

| Yes, the Word Smart book is from Princeton Review. I really liked the methods they use. |
