Hi teachers,

This sentence is from the lyric of "Right Thurr" by Chingy.
I really don't understand the phrase "look in them pants"

Please explain it to me.

'Look in them pants' means 'look in those underpants/trousers'.

UK pants = underpants (in BrE)
US pants = trousers (in BrE)

The use of 'them' here is not standard.

Note that the use of the pronoun "them" for the possessive is nonstandard English and is stigmatized by most speakers. The preferred possessive pronoun there would be "those".

You must have meant 'demonstrative adjective', Jamie.
